Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis. This role plays a critical part in providing strategic insights and ensuring financial discipline across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes

Prepare and present monthly financial reports and budget vs. actual analysis to leadership

Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making

Partner with department leaders to track performance and identify efficiency opportunities

Oversee cash flow forecasting and monitor working capital

Support board and investor reporting with clear, data-driven insights

Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures

Continuously improve financial systems, tools, and processes
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA a plus

5+ years of relevant experience in finance

Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills

Proficient in Excel and other systems (NetSuite, Hubspot)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Experience in a high-growth or SaaS company is a plus
