Description

The Commercial Operations Coordinator will provide operational and administrative support across Craftable’s go-to-market teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Revenue Operations. This role is central to ensuring accurate account setup, deal execution, and expansion workflows by owning new store and brand creation within the Craftable Admin portal for both new business customers and existing customer expansions. As experience is gained, this role will also provision the Craftable software, based on what is included contract agreements between Craftable and Craftable’s customer base, ensuring that customers are provisioned and set up with the correct products and services.

 

This role will also support the Commercial Operations Manager in maintaining and evolving Craftable’s internal intranet site (built on Google Sites and backed by Google Drive), helping ensure that the Craftable organization has access to up-to-date processes, resources, and supporting content across departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across HubSpot CRM, DealHub, Google Workspace, and light web/content management tools in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Commercial Operations & Account Setup

  • Own the creation and configuration of new stores and brands in the Craftable Admin portal for:
    • New business customers
    • Existing customers adding new locations or brands
  • Ensure account setup is accurate, complete, and aligned with deal terms and implementation requirements
  • Act as a central operational handoff point between Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and RevOps
  • Support expansion workflows and ensure add-on locations are correctly documented and activated

Sales & Customer Success Support

  • Support order processing, deal updates, and post-proposal follow-ups across all revenue generating teams
  • Support the effective interpretation and fulfillment of both Sales and Customer Success orders for new business, expansion motions, account updates, and commercial changes
  • Translate products and services from contracts and customer agreements into provisioned software entitlements, serving as a liaison between commercial teams (Sales, Customer Success) and other internal technical teams (Billing/Finance, Product, Solutions)
  • Ensure commercial changes (new locations, expansions, contract updates) are reflected accurately in HubSpot, DealHub and Craftable Admin

CRM, Reporting & Data Hygiene (HubSpot)

  • Maintain and update customer, account, and opportunity data in HubSpot
  • Generate reports on pipeline, bookings, expansions, and store-level activations
  • Create and maintain HubSpot dashboards to provide leadership visibility into:
    • New business
    • Expansions / new locations
    • Activation progress and handoff status
  • Support CRM data hygiene and process adherence across GTM teams

Intranet & Internal Systems Support (Google Sites / Google Drive)

  • Assist the Commercial Operations Manager in maintaining and improving Craftable’s internal intranet site built on Google Sites
  • Help organize, structure, and publish sales and CS enablement content (process docs, playbooks, training resources, FAQs)
  • Maintain version control and content organization within Google Drive to ensure resources are easy to find and up to date
  • Support light web development and site structure updates (page layout, navigation structure, content hierarchy)
  • Partner with RevOps, Sales, CS, and Implementation leaders to ensure internal documentation reflects current processes and tools

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner closely with:
    • Sales on deal readiness
    • Customer Success on expansions and renewals
    • Implementation on new store onboarding and activation
    • RevOps on process improvements and reporting
  • Help prepare internal reports, summaries, and operational updates for leadership
  • Support documentation of commercial workflows and continuous process improvement

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business, Operations, Communications, or related field) or equivalent experience
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales ops, CS ops, commercial ops, enablement ops, or administrative support
  • Comfortable working in CRM systems (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • Experience supporting quoting workflows (DealHub or similar tools preferred)
  • Strong Google Workspace skills (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Sites)
  • Experience with content management systems or intranet tools (Google Sites or similar preferred)
  • Basic web/content structure experience (page layout, navigation, content hierarchy; HTML/CSS familiarity a plus but not required)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple workflows across Sales, CS, Implementation, and Ops
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset
