Craftable in G2's Fall 2026 reports: six High Performer badges, 87 placements

Six High Performer badges. Eighty-seven reports.

G2's Fall 2026 reports are live, and Craftable appears in 87 of them. Sixty-five of those placements are categories Craftable had not been ranked in before. Six carry a High Performer badge.

None of that comes from us. G2 rankings are calculated from verified customer reviews and public data, with no subjective input from G2 — operators writing about what actually happened after they put Craftable in front of their purchasing, inventory, and AP. So the honest read on this cycle is that hospitality finance and operations teams told G2 the platform works, in enough volume and detail to move Craftable across five back-office categories at once.

Restaurant inventory management is where operators ranked us highest

Craftable's strongest placements sit in Restaurant Inventory Management, and the movement is concentrated in the Relationship Index — G2's measure of how customers rate the ongoing experience of working with a vendor.

  • Small-Business Relationship Index for Restaurant Inventory Management | Fall 2026
  • Relationship Index for Restaurant Inventory Management | Fall 2026
  • Mid-Market Relationship Index for Restaurant Inventory Management | Fall 2026
  • Small-Business Results Index for Restaurant Inventory Management | Fall 2026
  • Grid® Report for Restaurant Inventory Management | Fall 2026

Relationship scores reflect support quality, ease of doing business, and whether customers would buy again — the parts of a software decision that only surface months after the contract is signed. A purchasing manager at an enterprise operator put it more directly than we could:

"Craftable is the most user friendly UI I have ever worked with. It also has the great ability to adapt to any business' model, but above all the human beings and staff at Craftable are what really brings the software together." — Purchasing Manager, Enterprise · G2 review, July 2026 ·

Why an inventory ranking shows up in a margin

Food cost variance does not announce itself. It accumulates in over-portioned plates, uncounted transfers between departments, vendor price creep on a dozen SKUs, and a physical count that takes so long it is stale before anyone reads it.

Craftable connects counts to recipes to live vendor pricing, so theoretical COGS and actual COGS sit next to each other while the period is still open. bartaco uses that loop to save $30K per week in food costs and cut food cost variance by half. Hôtel Swexan closed inventory across six outlets in one day instead of six.

"Craftable allows us a true theoretical food cost based on each location's sales mix." — Mid-Market reviewer · G2 review,  July 2026 ·

That is the work being rated in these reports. The rankings are downstream of it.

Six High Performer badges, across the whole back office

The badges did not land in just one category. Craftable earned High Performer in six G2 Fall 2026 Grid® Reports:

  • Grid® Report for Restaurant Inventory Management | Fall 2026
  • Grid® Report for Procure to Pay | Fall 2026
  • Grid® Report for Purchasing | Fall 2026
  • Mid-Market Grid® Report for Purchasing | Fall 2026
  • Grid® Report for AP Automation | Fall 2026
  • Grid® Report for Spend Management | Fall 2026

Purchasing, inventory, AP, spend, procure-to-pay — the categories most operators buy as four or five separate tools. Recognition in all of them, in the same cycle, reflects what Craftable is: one platform covering the full back office instead of a point solution bolted to four others.

"Everything I need is in one system. Running it across multiple units makes costing, ordering, invoicing, and payables exponentially quicker." — Director of Operations, Mid-Market · G2 review,  July 2026 ·

Sixty-five new report placements

Being ranked in a category at all requires a threshold of recent verified reviews. Sixty-five of Craftable's 87 Fall 2026 placements are new, which means enough operators wrote reviews this period to put Craftable on the board where it had no presence before — including the Small-Business Usability Index for Procure to Pay | Fall 2026, the Small-Business Implementation Index for Procure to Pay | Fall 2026, and the Small-Business Results Index for Procure to Pay | Fall 2026.

"It has saved us a significant amount of time when processing invoices for payment, helped us catch vendor price discrepancies, and synced with QuickBooks so we can ensure bills are paid on time... Overall, it has reduced our invoice processing time by over 50%." — VP Operations, Mid-Market · G2 review, July 2026 ·

Thank you to the operators who wrote them

Craftable holds a 4.5 out of 5 rating across 100 reviews on G2. Source: G2.com, Inc. Every one of those reviews traces back to a GM, controller, chef, purchasing manager, or director of operations who took time out of a shift to write about their back office. We read them — including the critical ones, which tend to be the most useful.

If Craftable has changed how your team handles counts, invoices, or month-end close, your review is what puts that in front of the next operator deciding what to run.
